A time to discuss the ideas you've been thinking about: yesterday, today or for, what seems like, the last millennium! Use Tracy as a sounding board in complete confidence. Often those close to us have heard it all before - Tracy hasn’t heard your story or if she has she will be excited to have it shared again. It will be falling on fresh ears with an overview that is not always clear to you and she is honored and happy to discuss your thoughts. OR you are in the middle of a project and just plain stuck! 6 - One to one, half hour calls with Tracy at your own pace, within a pre-planned fixed timescale. Time to clarify your ideas, bounce around new ones, take a fresh view of your plan, modify or even rip it up and start again! Always trying :-) to enjoy the process and move forward too.
